meals, we can cater for all your needs. Chef, Craig Freudenstein
has had more than 20 years experience and ensures the function
centre and its offsite catering business go beyond the call of duty when it
comes to serving up the best cuisine.

Service
Staff
Experienced wait staff can be supplied to service all aspects
of your function from set up, food and beverage service, to clean up. Staff must
be employed for a minimum of three hours and the cost is $25 per hour per staff
member.
Depending on the style and level of service required we recommend
one staff member for every 25 guests. We are able to advise you on an
individual basis. It is to your benefit to have at least one experienced
person if your budget does not allow for a full team, as they are able to
coordinate and anticipate requirements.
